Autel Energy is a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions in Europe. Founded in 2021, we have rapidly expanded our presence in the region, with over 120 employees dedicated to researching and developing innovative charging solutions.

We have established a strong presence in Europe, with 7 subsidiary companies located in the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Sweden. Our local teams provide customized solutions to meet the needs of our customers, and we have 4 training centers and 2 research and development centers to support our growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
  • Maintain employee information and HR process management
  • Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
  • Responsible for company recruitment related activities
  • Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in HR or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Experience in HR or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Start date: As soon as possible

Working hours: Full-time
