Job Description

The HR Business Partner Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the wider HR team, working closely with the Recruitment, Payroll, and benefits teams to deliver exceptional HR services to clients. This role involves a mix of HR operational activities and project work, primarily assigned to client groups, as well as assisting with queries from international offices.

Main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner Specialist include:

  • Providing HR administration support and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Managing payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Developing and maintaining HR systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to develop and deliver training programs and other HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Legal sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of HR systems and processes is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
