**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist teachers in preparing and organizing engaging lessons for students
  • Work one-on-one with students and in small groups to support their learning and development
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment
  • Support students with their social and emotional development, including helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of class lessons, including developing and implementing lesson plans

**Requirements:**

  • Enhanced child workforce enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Suitable references that cover the last 2 years of employment
  • Experience of working with primary school-aged children
  • Knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching strategies
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
