**Job Title:** Education Support Assistant

**Job Type:** Full-time, Part-time

**Location:** Lincolnshire

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and students in a secondary school setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and organizing engaging lessons for students.
  • Work one-on-one with students and in small groups to support their social and emotional development.
  • Support the planning and preparation of class lessons.
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and maintain a safe learning environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service.
  • Suitable references covering the last 2 years of employment.
  • Experience of working with primary school-aged children.
  • Knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
