Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Sleaford

Salary Scale: £85 - £100 per day

Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary, Full-Time

GSL Education Lincoln is currently recruiting an Education Support Professional to work in a highly supportive school in Sleaford. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping students achieve their best.

The successful candidate will be part of an inclusive and dynamic team, assisting students across various subjects and supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons. You will work with students who may have additional learning needs, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
  • Be able to work effectively with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Be compassionate, patient, and adaptable
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Be proactive in supporting the learning and development of students

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
