**Job Summary**

Higher Capital Consulting is seeking an experienced In-House Commercial Manager to lead our cost management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, challenging, and agreeing cost models with our development and project managers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Asset Management and Leasing teams to develop asset strategies and cost management plans.
  • Provide expert advice on office and residential cost management, leveraging a strong background in cost consultancy or contractor experience.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and mitigate cost risks, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our cost management policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Strong background in office and residential cost management, ideally as a client, but cost consultancy/contractor experience is also considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
