We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Beckenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in supporting the business and driving HR initiatives forward.

About the Role
  • As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organization.
  • You will develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and its people.
  • You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with Employment Law.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on ER issues, conduct, and performance.
  2. Be the first point of contact for employees, providing information on training, career opportunities, and employee wellbeing.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Law.
  4. Manage the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, and inductions.
  5. Foster a positive culture, addressing employee concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  7. Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  8. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Produce reports and dashboards for board meetings.
  10. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on ER issues.
  11. Prepare and issue relevant letters, including offer letters, contract changes, and references.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex ER issues.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence change at all levels.
  • Proven knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A balanced and empathetic nature.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
