About the Role- As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organization.
- You will develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and its people.
- You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with Employment Law.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on ER issues, conduct, and performance.
- Be the first point of contact for employees, providing information on training, career opportunities, and employee wellbeing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Law.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, and inductions.
- Foster a positive culture, addressing employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Produce reports and dashboards for board meetings.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on ER issues.
- Prepare and issue relevant letters, including offer letters, contract changes, and references.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex ER issues.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence change at all levels.
- Proven knowledge of Employment Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- A balanced and empathetic nature.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
