Job Requirements

To excel as a Care Assistant, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of dementia and its effects
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Previous experience in a care environment is highly desirable.
