We are looking for a dedicated and caring child support assistant to join our team in Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton, Feltham, Hounslow & Chiswick. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with disabilities and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Implementing care plans and monitoring progress
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided
  • Ensuring the child's safety and well-being at all times

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care assistant role with children, preferably with special needs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work compassionately with individuals requiring care
  • Availability to work 12-hour day or night shifts, 2-4 days a week
