Social Interest Group is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering marginalised individuals. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Service Manager to play a vital role in leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services in our Luton service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand our services in the area. As Deputy Service Manager, you will work alongside the Service Manager to shape a psychologically informed environment that promotes recovery, rehabilitation, and reablement for women facing sexual exploitation and substance dependency. You will empower and develop frontline staff, ensuring services meet and exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will have experience working with people of complex backgrounds, IT proficiency, and a good understanding of the sector. They will also possess practical knowledge of social and societal marginalisation attached to mental health issues, addiction, exploitation, homelessness, and within the criminal justice system.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, 25 days (Full time equivalent) annual leave, increasing with length of service, training and development opportunities, and access to courses and progression plans. Additionally, you will be eligible to register with the Blue Light Discount Card, enjoy Life Assurance Scheme benefits, participate in Cycle-to-work scheme, and be part of our Annual Staff Awards.
