Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Nursery Manager. This role is ideal for those who possess a passion for childcare and education, with a strong desire to contribute to the development of young minds.
About Us:
At Partou, we pride ourselves on being part of the National Partnership in Early Learning and Childcare (NPELC), operating over 1,300 childcare settings across England, employing more than 38,000 people, and taking care of over 160,000 children.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in our nursery setting. This includes overseeing planning, record keeping, and promoting partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
Responsibilities:
To support the implementation of the EYFS, including overseeing planning and record keepingPromote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family membersSupport with the development of and maintaining highly professional working relationships with relevant Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other agenciesRemain abreast of current developments in childcare and education policies and practicesAssist the Manager with maintaining accurate accounts for the nursery and produce management information in accordance with company proceduresAssist with the preparation and delivery of regular staff, planning, and parent meetings and other events.Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience of managing a room or team within a nursery setting.
Benefits:
