Childcare Leadership Role: Deputy Nursery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Deputy Nursery Manager at Partou. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in childcare leadership and make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the implementation of the EYFS, promote partnership with parents/carers, and maintain highly professional working relationships with relevant authorities and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the EYFS, including planning, record keeping, and partnership with parents/carersMaintain highly professional working relationships with relevant authorities and agenciesAssist the Manager with maintaining accurate accounts and producing management informationAssist with the preparation and delivery of regular staff, planning, and parent meetings

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience of managing a room or team within a nursery setting.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, with additional benefits such as 60% childcare discounts, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, EPIC cash back system, Buddy Bonus Scheme, and Health & Wellbeing support.
