- Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other support workers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encourage and facilitate residents' participation in activities and events that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
Requirements:
- SVQ 3 in health care or equivalent level of experience working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation to develop own skills and knowledge.
