**Job Summary**

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Care Broker Specialist to join our team. As a Care Broker Specialist, you will be responsible for securing and setting up packages of care and support from within the local marketplace for adults with assessed care needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide advice, guidance, and source services for self-funders as a paid service
* Secure and set up packages of care and support from within the local marketplace
* Contracting activities required as a result of the commissioning process
* Generate the appropriate contract, Service Level Agreement, and requisition
* Oversee payments for services and authorise expenditure

**Requirements**

* Knowledge of IAS and experience in placements for older people and/or supported living for Learning Disability and Mental Health working age adults
* Ability to thrive in an agile and networked organisation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
