**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team as a High Net Worth Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of cross-class HNW business, working efficiently to achieve targets for retention, new business, and cross-selling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Managing a large portfolio of cross-class HNW business
* Working efficiently to achieve targets for retention, new business, and cross-selling
* Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid-term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
* Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
* Drafting professional reports and requesting key information from clients
* Providing support to other team members and assisting in training newer team members

**Person Specification:**

* A technically strong understanding of Personal Lines products in the High-Net-Worth Market
* Previous experience looking after a book of High-Net-Worth clients
* Cert CII qualified as a minimum and a desire to continue to study towards a Diploma
* Confident in building effective relationships with your clients, the team and the wider company
* Agile and intuitive thinking; an ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
* Effective organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
* Solid workload management skills
* Effective, confident & considerate communication and an ability to adapt your communication style accordingly
* Able to demonstrate exceptional levels of integrity and discretion at all times
