Senior Compensation Specialist

The FISER Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation Specialist to join their London team. As a key member of the Reward team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation programmes for the firm's local European client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling and analysing different trends in compensation, including accounting for current results on D&I trends
  • Overseeing various compensation initiatives and identifying new areas for improvement, aligning the firm's compensation schemes with current market trends
  • Lead on all regulatory reporting requirements, including MRT and IFR
  • Be the SME on all deferred and executive compensation matters for both the UK and wider European offices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within the financial services industry within reward, preferably with knowledge of working with executive-level reward and exposure to Rem-Co
  • Strong understanding of data analytics within reward and how this is key to your work
  • Ability to come to the role with examples of key developments and improvements they have made in their previous role
