Job Description

We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our award-winning Estate Agency in Hampstead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven and tenacious individual with a proven track record of achievements in Estate Agency and customer services.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximising revenues and growing the property register.

You will develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations, and manage the performance of employees through regular 1:1's and reviews.

The ideal candidate will have previous Estate Agency experience, be motivated and enthusiastic, and display high standards of service and presentation.
