Brook Street NMR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Summertown. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximising revenues and growing the property register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a market-leading sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Manage the performance of employees through regular 1:1s, reviews, and action planning
- Influence results through effective team management and delivery of plans
Requirements:
- Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience
- Target-driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
- Effective team management and leadership skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic with high standards of service and presentation
- Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
