Job Title: National Sales Director

We are seeking an ambitious National Sales Director to join our rapidly expanding team at LWS Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and strengthening existing business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving planned sales targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and strengthen existing business relationships, planning and organizing your own diary to follow up on business development and sales leads.

* Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase sales.

* Prepare weekly sales reports, quotations, and order confirmations.

* Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that existing clients are satisfied with the products, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and test market products.

Requirements:

* A deep understanding of the company's capital equipment products, including features and benefits.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong business development and sales skills.
