About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Graduate Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national businesses to drive business in all segments.
  • Develop and implement an all-encompassing sales strategy to take the business to the next level.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the hotel sales plan, including direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making, and trading.
  • Drive and coordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts.
  • Recognise and develop new accounts from the corporate markets.
  • Investigate new areas of business in terms of market development into new territories and market segments.
  • Ensure the accurate processing, distribution, and recording of all sales correspondence.
  • Regularly meet with the hotel General Manager and Director of Sales to communicate customers' feedback and sales information.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Delphi, salesforce, and Opera Systems.
  • Proactive sales experience within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Confident in meeting new people and presenting to large groups.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
