Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Director at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, you will lead the sales team and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
- Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and maximise sales potential

Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is a luxury hotel that offers a unique combination of inspired history and impassioned innovation in culture and gastronomy. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data
