About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate compassion and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
