Job Title: Test Analyst - Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:

The position holder will join Aviva's Finance Investment Operations Change Team to ensure the safe delivery of change into our live environments. As part of our testing team, you will work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure that this change has been robustly tested in line with requirements.

Responsibilities:

Undertake requirement analysis, test case preparation, and test execution, as well as completing daily reporting tasks. Ensure that data is logged and recorded correctly within our systems. This role is based in York and involves smart working, with approximately half of the time spent in an office.

Requirements:

Wider financial experience, ideally from a financial testing or operational role, or a desire to learn further in this field after graduating in a data-focused degree discipline. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Naturally inquisitive personality with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively. Strong IT skills, including excellent Excel knowledge.
