Software Engineering Program Manager, Platform/Feature Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of sophisticated software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences for customers. As part of our AIML PM team, you will shape how users interact with groundbreaking technology.
The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, including experience with organizing and driving cross-functional projects, writing and organizing documentation and reports, and writing and editing project updates for different audiences.
You will coordinate and drive early engagements on product quality, process definition, and program execution. This includes collaborating with all partner organizations relevant for a project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication: Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive teams.
- Coordination: Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project teams, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
- Planning: Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams.
- Execution: Drive on-time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies.
$140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
