KBR 2025 Graduate Scheme - Supply Chain

Are you a recent Graduate eager to take on real responsibility in a dynamic and supportive environment?

Can you picture yourself with an organisation committed to having a positive environmental and social impact, and a real focus on sustainability?

Join a team that delivers consulting, technology, and engineering solutions to clients in a wide range of sectors from aerospace and defence, to infrastructure and intelligence.

KBR's Projects and Programmes Division serves the defence, government, nuclear, and critical national infrastructure markets. Improving UK Naval Base facilities, decommissioning major nuclear sites and building beautiful new spaces in the Middle East are just a few examples of the diverse work we do.

Our Scheme

Our two-year Supply Chain Graduate Scheme offers exposure to all aspects of procurement and supply chain management. With KBR's diverse client base, you'll gain valuable experience in both public and private sector procurement with opportunities for national and international travel.

The Scheme has been structured with you in mind, ensuring no two days are the same:

  • Six-month rotations on live projects.
  • Engaging roles with your own responsibilities in key Supply Chain areas.
  • Take control of your own development by achieving competencies, tailored to Supply Chain skillsets.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including training workshops, certifications and accreditations.
  • Apply your learning in a real-world environment.
  • Build your stakeholder management skills with high-profile client-facing roles and engagement.
  • Real time supplier interaction and representation.
  • Wherever possible, international travel to other KBR offices.

Rotations frequently involve our Graduates relocating to new places. We handle your travel arrangements and cover the costs, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without any worries.

So, if you're looking to develop into an accomplished and knowledgeable Supply Chain Professional, eventually being assigned your own areas of spend or responsibility, this is the Scheme for you.

Your Profile

You will bring with you an inquisitive nature, problem solving skills, enthusiasm, and the drive to make the world a better place.

Enjoying being part of a team and helping others is essential, as is the ability to use your own initiative and confidently work independently. You will have a proactive approach to seeking out opportunities and bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.

Our Graduate Selection Process

We expect you to have recently achieved, or are on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above in any subject.

Due to the sensitive nature of some of our business areas and projects, you will be required to undergo Security Vetting. To be eligible for the Clearance required, you must be a UK National and have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years. Regretfully, we cannot offer visa sponsorship.

We thoroughly review all candidate applications, proceed to shortlisting through phone screenings, and conclude with an in-person Assessment Centre at our Surrey offices. Our Assessment Centres feature a one-on-one interview, a group activity with other candidates and delivering your own pre-prepared presentation.

The first of our Assessment Centres will be held in early December 2024.

We would like you to be willing to travel or potentially relocate for 6-month rotations in other areas of the UK, including Portsmouth, Warrington, Cumbria and Glasgow.

Meeting you in person is a terrific way for us to get to know you and we can help you discover why KBR is a Great Place to Work.
