Job Summary:

At KBR, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Systems Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of KBR's supply chain systems on various projects across the globe.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will work closely with our in-house IT teams to bring the required systems online, configure them to meet project requirements, and provide day-to-day support and administration activities for both internal and external users of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup: Work with in-house IT teams to bring the required system(s) online to meet project schedule and requirements.
  • Configuration: Assess project requirements and configure systems to deliver success on the project.
  • Support: Provide day-to-day support and administration activities for both internal and external users of the systems.
  • Reporting: Work with projects to ascertain specific reporting requirements and develop and deploy live and interactive reporting through SSRS and/or Power BI.
  • Functional Support/Development: Work with in-house IT teams to define functional requirements for development/modification of internal systems to address project-specific requirements.
  • Interface Development: Identify scenarios where automated interfacing would be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates good working knowledge of IT technologies.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and an understanding of Access or similar.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of systems support/implementation.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of business reporting and report writing credentials.
  • Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following: SSRS, Power BI, SQL (Oracle or MS SQL-Server).
