We are actively recruiting to expand our team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Systems Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the initial point of contact for customers, supply chain, and internal teams for all queries relating to the system, business processes, reporting, and change requests.

Log and triage queries, acting as 1st line support, with development into 2nd line, to provide accurate feedback and information or escalate as required.

Take ownership of your performance and actively seek opportunities for improvement and development.

Requirements

Experience supporting various bespoke business IT software packages.

Experience using Support Team software – ideally JIRA Support Desk.

Hold, have held, or be eligible to apply for security clearance of CTC level or above.

Strong skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience of using multiple bespoke business IT systems.

Experience creating, triaging, and managing support tickets to resolution or escalation.

Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering or equivalent.

Experience supporting CAFM systems – ideally Concept Evolution.

Experience of SharePoint and associated tools.

Familiarity with ITIL practices – ideally ITIL version 4.

Full, clean driving license.

Experience of integration and implementation of complimentary IT tools.

Knowledge of the Facilities Management industry.

Knowledge of SQL for basic data queries.

Working Arrangements

This role will be based in a hybrid (2-3 days office and WFH) with occasional travel to Leatherhead.
