About the Role

KBR is seeking a talented Supply Chain Graduate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to delivering consulting, technology, and engineering solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in six-month rotations on live projects to gain valuable experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Engage in roles with responsibilities in key Supply Chain areas, including category management, supplier management, and systems and data analytics.
  • Develop competencies in Supply Chain topics and achieve industry-recognised Level 4 Diploma from CIPS.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business improvements and bring transformation to life through real company initiatives.
  • Track your development and growth as a Supply Chain Professional.

Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in any subject, who is eager to take on real responsibility and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Assessment Centre

We will hold an in-person Assessment Centre at our Surrey offices, featuring a one-on-one interview, a group activity, and a presentation.
