National Sales Manager Position Overview

A National Sales Manager is required to deliver new business revenue and profit within a specified geographical territory and/or target sector. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand large complex FM or Property Management companies and create account plans to deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Self-generate activity levels to achieve sales targets.
  • Delivery of the sales plan to identify and acquire new business across the Geography/Sector of responsibility.
  • Devise a strategic account development & sales plan to acquire additional business from nominated customers.
  • Complete bids & tender responses with assistance from the Sales Support team.
  • Deliver results in line with agreed budgets and strategies.

Requirements:
  • A Level calibre with very good verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Sales and/or Account Development experience essential.
  • Experience in the Facility Services industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness, profit-focused, and capable of engineering solutions to complex problems.
