Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive land assessment packs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with the land department to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare pre-planning applications that exceed expectations

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential projects for a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy, and a full UK driver's license. This role offers autonomy, variety, and long-term progression opportunities.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
