About the Role

Cygnet is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a leadership role within our Secure Mental Illness and Personality Disorder Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat occupational dysfunction for service users
  • Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy service on a designated ward
  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision to activity coordinators and other team members
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy pathways and services
  • Deputise for the Head Occupational Therapist as required
