About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Handle confidential correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage the company car fleet, ensuring timely maintenance and services
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
  • Lead projects, such as office refurbishments and staff welfare initiatives
  • Facilitate group meetings and provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety, food safety, and equality and diversity regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly supporting senior management
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High levels of confidence, self-motivation, and initiative
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A good understanding of the local community and its needs
