About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of care records and support plans.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
