About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, laundry, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
