Head of Talent Management and Inclusivity Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Management and Inclusivity efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  2. Lead the design and delivery of inclusive and engaging employee experiences that foster a culture of belonging and growth.
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes through talent development, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Oversee the development and maintenance of Workday Talent processes to ensure seamless talent management.
  5. Provide guidance and capability development across the talent process for leaders, HR business partners, and HR delivery teams.

Inclusivity Focus Areas:

  1. Embed inclusivity practices in professional development and talent development programs.
  2. Contribute to the development and delivery of our Inclusivity strategy and roadmap.
  3. Evolve Employee Networks, Inclusivity Reporting, and Inclusivity Forum to the next level of maturity.
  4. Oversee the E2E annual engagement process, including employee surveys and pulse surveys.
  5. Manage external providers to ensure value for money and meet business needs.
