Head of Talent and Diversity

Pinsent Masons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent and Diversity efforts. As Head of Talent and Diversity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and hiring top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent development programs that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Work with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager and other team members to ensure the effective operation and management of our Talent teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Diversity and Inclusion leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
