The Department of Archaeology requires an Undergraduate Administrator to contribute to the efficient management of undergraduate assessment and examinations, teaching administration, and the organisation of fieldtrips and fieldwork training.

The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional staff colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of undergraduate programmes.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for Undergraduate students
  • Maintaining accurate student records
  • Collaborating with examiners to process coursework and exams
  • Providing administrative support during the admissions process
  • Assisting the Fieldwork Coordinator in the organisation of fieldtrips and fieldwork training
