About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Officer to join our Schools and Colleges Engagement Team within the Directorate of Corporate Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of data-informed and evidence-led Faculty engagement plans that promote UK home undergraduate student recruitment in line with ARU\u2019s student recruitment strategy, education strategy, corporate plan, and widening access agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management and delivering strategic and operational plans within time, scope, and budget. Experience of working in Higher Education Student Recruitment is essential, and experience working in Widening Access and Participation will be welcomed.

The successful applicant will be based at either our Cambridge, Chelmsford, Writtle, or Peterborough campus with the option of remote working. Occasional travel between campuses, and occasional work outside of normal office hours is to be expected.
