Job Title: Chief Operating Officer for Church Operations and Buildings

The One Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee the operational teams, including Finance and Administration, at one of the most iconic sites in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a background in fundraising or the charitable sector, with a strategic focus and drive to support the Church’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational teams, including Finance and Administration
  • Oversee all regulatory and legal issues and works projects involving repairs and maintenance to the two Church Buildings
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the Church’s operational needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the charitable sector
  • Strong strategic focus and drive to support the Church’s operational needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55-60,000 (FTE)
