A well-established consultancy firm, renowned for its impressive projects and esteemed clientele, is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead their growing team in Cambridge.

As an Operations Director, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a diverse range of high-profile projects, encompassing commercial, education, life sciences, and other sectors, from initiation to completion. Your duties will involve maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders and clients, meeting stringent deadlines, utilizing advanced project management tools like Microsoft Project to track progress, and receiving guidance and support from senior leaders to enhance your career prospects. This role requires regular on-site presence in the Cambridge office.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in a consultancy setting, preferably with a background in construction-related fields, and either already hold or be pursuing professional qualifications (MRICS). They should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving business growth.

  • £60,000-70,000 (dependent on experience)
