Role Overview
The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the Teaching Office Team in the Department of Psychology. As the Teaching Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our department, working closely with the Deputy Head of Department for Undergraduate Education to ensure policy translates into procedure and embed administrative best practice in all areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activity of the Teaching Office and the quality of work delivered
- Line manage the Teaching Administrator and Postgraduate Administrator, taking proactive responsibility for their development
- Support the department in responding to change and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in teaching coordination roles
- Excellent IT skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
