EA First Ltd is seeking a highly organised and dynamic Academic Operations Manager to become an integral part of their prestigious institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Tutorial Office, ensuring efficient support for students and faculty.
  • Manage and lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate tutorial and admissions-related activities, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance office performance and student experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in a tutorial, admissions, or similar role within Higher Education.
  • Demonstrated success in team management, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Well presented and well spoken
  • High proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.

Salary: £35,000-£43,000

Parking is available, however not always guaranteed

This is a full-time position working 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

27 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.
