Educated Appointments is proud to be working with a reputable college, offering an exciting opportunity for an Employability Trainer to join their exceptional team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver employability skills programmes for students in various sector-specific areas, such as Business Administration, Customer Service, and Digital Skills.
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential and raise their ambition.
  • Maintain compliance with the college's maths and English strategy by embedding these subjects into teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and Quality Assurance to drive excellence and improve standards.

This role requires someone experienced in delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, including:
