We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced operations environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and directing engineers to meet service demands and customer expectations
  • Ensuring all personnel are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficient and training requirements
  • Reporting on project information, including estimated time to complete jobs, labour hours and parts/materials used
  • Maintaining communication with suppliers and representatives to ensure the best buying prices are obtained
  • Reviewing work orders, purchase invoices and time reports for accuracy
  • Invoicing clients in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attending divisional meetings, reporting any operational issues as necessary
  • Ensuring that required parts are ordered in a timely manner, to ensure work deadlines are met
