TFG London is a dynamic and growing company with big plans for the next three years. We are seeking an experienced International Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our Ecommerce team and contribute to achieving our ecomm objectives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising. They will also analyse data from Google Analytics and produce reports to identify how to maximise sales, including key performance indicators such as Conversion, Revenue, AOV, Sessions, Bounce Rate etc.

  • Advise and recommend products or categories to CRM and Creative teams for planned emails, ensuring stock is checked and categories are merchandised;
  • Monitor bestsellers & on-site trends across our international sites identifying reasons for performance and key opportunities;
  • Manage briefs and Jira tickets for homepage and content updates liaising with the creative team to make sure handover dates are on track;
  • Create homepage updates via HTML and manage content spots across website;
  • Manage promotional setup including campaigns, source codes and coupon codes;
  • Omitise search performance reporting on search KPIs. Updating search dictionaries and monitoring key search term results;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience of trading and operating in international markets on non-English speaking sites. Although not mandatory, we would love it if you were a German speaker. You should have:

  • CMS experience - in particular Salesforce Commerce Cloud;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and create actions based on findings;
  • Strong grounding in excel with capability to upskill;
  • Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach and ability to multitask;
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to maintain a network of relationships;
