About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our growing IT team at SharkNinja. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the development of changes and new features for the D2C websites and associated applications.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while handling multiple requests simultaneously. Experience in ecommerce, website development, and Agile delivery environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Analysts to identify and prioritize new requests.
  • Maintain the Continuous Development backlog, ensuring that processes are followed and priorities met for all sizes of requests.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication with the development team.
  • Address impediments as they arise, ensuring that the right stakeholders are involved.
  • 'Spot the smoke', identifying challenges before they affect delivery.
  • Maintain regular reporting of activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skillfully organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work to deadlines and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • A commercial acumen mindset able to align with business drivers.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience of working with transactional websites.
  • Experience in the Intershop website platform.
