We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, as well as a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry. About Our TeamWe have a dynamic and collaborative team of over 80 staff members, serving the Peterborough and Midlands area. Our mission is to provide unparalleled customer service and support, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work under pressure. You should also be self-motivated and have a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will have opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
