GSE Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow an assigned territory.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieving profitable sales within the assigned geography.
You will execute company sales strategies in support of business initiatives and provide innovative ideas to enhance our position in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve profitable sales.
- Execute company sales strategies in support of business initiatives.
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance our position in the marketplace.
- Maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the C-suite.
- Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers.
- Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals.
Requirements:
- Aviation knowledge with a background in technical sales in GSE or automotive parts.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Able to work independently and remain self-motivated.
- Computer literacy with fluency in basic Office programs.
- Ability to travel and obtain necessary airport access clearance.
- College/Trade School preferred.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. A base salary plus commission structure offers unlimited potential for career advancement.
