Director of Customer Experience Strategy

At UserTesting Technologies, Inc., we are revolutionizing customer experience and experience research with our cutting-edge software and services. We're looking for a seasoned Director of Customer Experience Strategy to join our leadership team and help shape the future of customer experience management for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage our presales team to deliver product expertise, solution demonstrations, and strategic guidance to prospective customers.
- Partner closely with account executives, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive sales success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience selling and supporting customer experience programs, CRM, or SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience.
