Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our production-related projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive engineering excellence.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems, with experience in implementing change in a production environment. A 3rd level qualification in a manufacturing subject is also essential.
As the engineering lead on Capex, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability projects, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a talent for leading teams, we would love to hear from you.
About the Job
- Lead the development and implementation of production-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.
What We Require
- A 3rd level qualification in a manufacturing subject (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 123 Insight, Sage).
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems (9001, 14001) and Continual Improvement methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.
